(2) Project Overview
Lushan Mountain spans across Yongxiu and Wuning counties, with charming scenery and convenient transportation. The total planned area is 680 square kilometers. Having a vast hundred miles and a green island like lotus, it is known as; Wandao Lake in Jiangxi Province; Ecological Zhelin Lake; The surrounding facilities of the project are complete, and the overall development of the region is high-end new tourism. This project relies on the excellent tourism resources in the region to bring a unique yacht environment, and its development is bound to bring more opportunities for the tourism development of the region.

 
(3)project orientation:
Drawing on the development trends and characteristics of waterfront resorts, the development model of Lushan Xihai Jinkou Yacht Terminal is set as a sustainable coastal development model led by Jinkou Yacht Club, consisting of seasonal balance, situational vacation, and physical and mental balance.
Overall planning positioning: A large high-end tourism and leisure resort centered around the yacht dock club. Integrated yacht activities, supporting services, tourism and leisure, and health and sports.

(4)Design objective:
1. Build a world-class yacht themed comprehensive leisure and entertainment activity center (AAAA level scenic area).
2. Based on the overall development goals of Lushan Xihai, improve the high-end tourism industry structure with unique project content.
3. Create a high-end quality lifestyle, shape a model of luxury activities, and attract successful individuals and companies from home and abroad to settle in.
