(2) Project Overview;

        Yong'an alias“ Yancheng” Yong'an City is located in the west of central Fujian, the southern end of the great valley in central Fujian, the middle and upper reaches of Shaxi River, and the transitional zone between Wuyi Mountains and Daiyun Mountains.

        The new construction project of the pedestrian bridge from Xiangzhang Road to Guishan Park Road spans across the Yan River, connecting the existing Xiangzhang Road and Guishan Park on both sides of the river, with a total length of about 230 meters.

        The project is located on flat riverbanks on both sides. After rectification by relevant departments, a riverbank has been built, and a small path has been constructed on the water side of the riverbank for tourists to relax and rest. High greening makes both sides of the river more vibrant.

The construction of the pedestrian bridge will further connect the two banks and become another place for leisure and walking in the area in the future.

        The floating bridge in this plan mainly consists of three parts: the left floating bridge, the central circular platform, and the right floating bridge. The overall positioning adopts PHC piles and anchoring devices. The total length of the designed floating bridge is 130 meters, with a net width of 4.0 meters for the main aisle and 2.0 meters for the support aisle. The diameter of the central circular platform is 8 meters, and the total area is 866 square meters; The floating bridge connecting to the shore adopts a movable approach bridge, with a total of 2 sets of movable approach bridges planned, 12 meters long and 3.2 meters wide; The movable approach bridge is hinged to the shore, while the other side is adapted to the floating bridge using universal rollers; The floating bridge can be controlled in position by the retraction and extension of cables, so that it can float up and down along the positioning pile with a pile gripper at different water levels; The approach bridge also fluctuates up and down with the water level, ensuring the normal passage of tourists and personnel.
