         Since its establishment, Guangzhou Deli Yacht Terminal Engineering Co., Ltd. has accumulated a large number of customers and resources through more than ten years of development, with rich information in the industry. At the same time, it has completed more than 300 project cases, some of which have become classic cases in the industry, such as Sanya Hongzhou International Yacht Club, Shenzhen Langqi International Yacht Club, Shanghai Metropolitan Yacht Club, etc. The company's goal is to develop a comprehensive yacht operator as its core.

          The next three to five years will be a period of rapid development in the yacht industry. In order to further reserve development strength, we are now seeking project partners with professional expertise and strong comprehensive abilities.

The partners require the following:

1. Design partner (design partner of Guangzhou Blue Water Architectural Design Co., Ltd.) with 3-5 years of professional design experience and comprehensive ability in specialized projects.

        The main development direction is the comprehensive design of yacht clubs, water houses, and waterfront project planning and design.

  2. Project Partner (Investment Partner)

        Through years of development, Guangzhou Deli Company has accumulated a large number of potential customers and been exposed to various potential projects. The project includes the Foshan project with 300 parking spaces; Qingyuan project, with 100 parking spaces; Guangzhou project, cooperation projects with different levels and scales such as 300 parking spaces. Partners with experience in project selection analysis, management of similar projects, and investment operations (investment or management partnerships).

  3. Engineering Partner

        Our company has multiple comprehensive construction projects both domestically and internationally, such as yacht docks, civil engineering, port and navigation, clubhouse construction, dock equipment, etc. In order to further expand the company's development and rapidly improve engineering efficiency, we are seeking project managers or engineering construction partners or units with operational capabilities.

  4. Foreign Trade Partner

          With over 3 years of experience in foreign trade and the ability to lead, organize, and manage teams, we are currently seeking a partner who will lead our existing foreign trade business in exploring foreign markets.
