The Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team's water rescue training is being conducted at the Deli Water Sports Club

        On the morning of September 20th, with a cool breeze blowing, members of the Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team of the Guangdong Youth Development Foundation arrived at the Deli Water Sports Club. The Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team's 2-day static water salvage and rescue training has officially begun at our Qingyuan base. Our company is honored to do our best to serve the community.  

        The Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team is a volunteer organization established by the Guangdong Youth Development Foundation (referred to as the Guangdong Youth Foundation). It is a volunteer service team composed of enthusiastic individuals from all walks of life who voluntarily provide emergency, injury, and rescue assistance services to society. It is a uniformed and disciplined auxiliary emergency team.

        Guangdong is an area prone to heavy rainfall. Currently, the Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team's participation in still water salvage and rescue training mainly focuses on post flood assistance. To further enhance the ability of existing members of the rescue auxiliary team in water safety, we will carry out water safety auxiliary rescue with abundant human resources reserves.

      The course is divided into three stages: 1. On land theoretical courses, 2. Water practical practice courses (preliminary and intermediate knowledge and skills), and 3. On land practical practice courses (advanced knowledge and skills). The course content includes: Feng Shui, Introduction to the Origin of Life Saving, Life Saving Theory, Basic Knowledge of Life Saving, Introduction and Installation of Water Equipment, Training on Swimming and Dragging Techniques, Use of Ropes, Usage of Life Saving Equipment, Training on the Use of Various Rubber Boats, Control of the Use of Life Saving Boats, and Water Lifting Training.

        According to the commander of the rescue team, rescue is an extremely important part of the rescue assistance team's rescue work in water. In order to complete this training task well, the Guangdong Rescue Assistance Team has repeatedly reviewed the salvage and rescue plan, and improved the safety risk assessment. Hire water rescue professionals as lifeguard instructors to provide training on rescue skills and psychological resilience for team members participating in the rescue, so that each member of the rescue assistance team has mastered excellent water rescue skills.

        On September 21st, the life-saving training was a complete success. From the command boat to the lifeboat, the entire sea training ground was filled with joy, and everyone's faces were filled with joyful smiles. This marks a new breakthrough in the rescue capability of our provincial rescue auxiliary team, and a new leap in the rescue level.

        The Deli Water Sports Club takes water sports as a breakthrough point, and its role in promoting the development of mass sports and water rescue training is becoming increasingly evident. Deli Water Sports Club looks forward to providing a platform for communication, cooperation, and learning for a wider range of water sports enthusiasts, better serving the community, and making unremitting efforts to build Deli Water Sports Club into a model of leisurely water sports!
