        On September 13, 2013, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau held a local standard approval meeting for the production, installation, and inspection standards of yacht dock floating bridge structures in Guangzhou. The expert group of the review meeting is composed of 7 experts. The expert group has conducted strict technical review of the standard, listened to the compilation work report of the standard drafting unit, reviewed relevant supporting materials, and after careful examination, unanimously agreed that the standard has been approved.
        There are currently over 50 yacht clubs in China, ranging in size from dozens to hundreds of berths. With the rapid improvement of China's shipbuilding technology, economic development, and changes in people's consumption concepts, the quantity and scale of domestic yacht entertainment will continue to increase, and yacht docks as berthing facilities will also have broad development prospects. The "Standards for the Production, Installation, and Inspection of Floating Bridge Structures in Yacht Piers" mainly stipulate the relevant terms and definitions, classifications, basic requirements, production, installation, and inspection requirements, inspection methods, and acceptance rules for floating bridge structures in yacht docks.
