The training of motorboat drivers implements a qualification certification system for training institutions. To carry out motorboat driver training, one must hold a motorboat driver training qualification certificate issued by the China Motorboat Sports Association.

      2.   The basic qualifications required for conducting training activities for motorboat drivers are:

      1) Having corresponding training venues and training waters, as well as a certain number of motorboats and other facilities and equipment available for practical operation training;

      2) Having a certain number of training instructors with qualifications as motorcycle boat driving instructors and corresponding driving qualifications;

      3) Equip corresponding regulatory materials, textbooks, and technical materials;

      4) Having complete internal management regulations, safety measures, and emergency plans, and establishing a training quality control system.

      3.   The application for the motorcycle boat driver training qualification certificate follows the procedures of submitting a written application, obtaining qualification certification from the management authority, and issuing certificates. The specific process is as follows:

      Enterprises, institutions or social organizations that meet the above basic qualifications and have independent legal personality shall submit a written application form to the China Motorboat Sports Association, and also submit the following materials:

  1) Enterprise business license or organization code certificate for public institutions;

  2) Basic Information Registration Form for Legal Person or Responsible Person, Identity Certificate, Legal Representative Certificate, etc;

  3) Proof of ownership or use rights of the site and water area;

  4) Registration Form for Main Teaching Facilities and Equipment;

  5) Registration Form for Basic Information of Full time Management and Teaching Personnel;

  6) Explanation of the training organization structure, job positions, and relevant management regulations and systems;

  7) Certification fee
