[Job Requirements] Architectural Designer

1. College degree or above in civil engineering, able to independently complete preliminary scheme design and construction drawing;
2. More than 2 years of design work experience, familiar with architectural design or landscape engineering design;
3. Familiar with industry standards and national standards;
4. Strong independent work ability, proficient in using CAD and other drawing software or mastering several design software at the same time,Capable of completing work tasks assigned by superiors, preferably with experience in planning and design;

5. Strong architectural styling and planning skills, emphasis on team spirit, and good communication skills with homeowners;
6. Familiar with project management design process, familiar with national and local design standards.
