[Job Requirements]

1. College degree or above, major in marketing planning or construction engineering;
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, excellent market development ability, and bidding work experience are preferred;
3. Having rich practical experience in market promotion, advertising planning, public relations activities, etc;
4. Having years of product operation awareness and experience in project development and management;
5. Good image, customer affinity, strong logical thinking ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
