[Job Responsibilities] Bidding Project Supervisor

1. Responsible for conducting preliminary market research for projects (PPP, EPC, BOT, BT, etc.), writing feasibility study reports, project proposals, business plans, etc;
2. Responsible for project proposal design, including project positioning, specific business formats, functional layout, revenue analysis, potential risks, and other related plans;
3. Responsible for seeking project financing capital and comprehensively planning financing plans;
4. Responsible for exploring various types of project markets, developing customer resources, and maintaining customer relationships;
5. Responsible for the overall planning and follow-up of project investment.

 

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above in investment economics, finance, accounting, engineering or engineering economics or related majors;
2. More than 3 years of experience in engineering project planning, with PPP project operation experience preferred;
3. Having experience in implementing government public projects, possessing the ability to analyze and judge infrastructure and public utility projects, and adept at providing comprehensive advice in finance, engineering, and other areas of work;
4. Proficient in and applying project investment financial feasibility analysis methods or project investment and financing, project management theories and methods, able to independently complete consulting report writing work;
5. Familiar with project planning, architectural schemes, investment attraction, sales, development and construction, and project management, with rich experience in project organization and implementation; Familiar with national and local laws and regulations, as well as the work procedures of government functional departments, possessing good and extensive social relationships and integration abilities;
6. Having professional planning knowledge, strong business negotiation and communication coordination skills;
7. Having keen market insight, analytical research skills, project development and coordination abilities, familiar with capital markets and various financial instruments;
8. Dedicated to work, honest and dedicated, possessing good psychological and physical qualities, adaptable to high-intensity work, proactive, enthusiastic and sincere in dealing with people, strong sense of responsibility, active and sensitive thinking, meticulous and rigorous, principled, objective and steady in handling affairs;
