[Job Responsibilities] Planning Manager/Supervisor

1. Fully responsible for project planning and marketing promotion work;
2. Market research for the project, conducting market and related data analysis; Organize project product planning and positioning, and participate in the research of preliminary planning schemes.
3. Inspect and supervise the daily business of planning agents, and take timely corrective measures for those that do not meet the planning and production requirements; Guide the production of various promotional materials, sales support materials, etc., and be responsible for dynamically controlling the progress of sales and planning
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of experience as a planning manager in an event company;
2. Familiar with event planning and execution, able to independently complete event planning, execution, and related plan writing work;
3. Has excellent professional knowledge in product planning and design, market positioning, project packaging, planning and promotion, and other professional processes related to waterfront landscape architecture;
4. Capable of independently conducting market research, project feasibility analysis, product planning, and customer analysis work;
5. Excellent copywriting skills and excellent language communication abilities, proficient in using office software.;
