The project site is located at the end of the coastal road leading to all the seaside resort areas in Yalong Bay, which is very private. It is surrounded by mountains, the sea, and streams, with a nearly kilometer wide coastline. The project aims to enable people to go out to sea or explore wetland conservation areas, and provide berths for private yachts. And make full use of the dock to create another new highlight, the concept of entering the hotel lobby from the waterway utilizes the river behind the plot.

It not only provides yachts for wealthy individuals, but also has several world-renowned brands; <span style=" font-size: 16px; " &The yacht is available for VIP project owners to enjoy. In addition to wealthy individuals who own private yachts, yacht enthusiasts from around the world will also gather on Phoenix Island;

Tianjin Xingyao Wuzhou International Yacht Club is located in Tianjiahu Ecotourism Resort, Balitai, Jinnan District, Tianjin City, about 137 kilometers away from Beijing. The water area covers 700 acres, and the first phase is designed with 320 yacht berths, independently constructed by Deli Company.
