Procedure and organization of quality inspection

1. Before the project starts, the construction unit should organize the construction unit and the supervision unit to divide the unit project, sub projects, and sub projects, and report to the water transportation engineering quality supervision agency for filing. All parties involved in engineering construction should carry out engineering quality control and quality inspection based on this.

2. The quality of sub projects and inspection batches should be inspected by the technical person in charge of sub projects of the construction unit. After self inspection is qualified, it should be reported to the supervision unit. The supervision engineer should promptly organize full-time quality inspectors of the construction unit to conduct inspection and confirmation.

3. The quality of sub projects should be inspected by the project technical leader of the construction unit, and after self inspection is qualified, it should be reported to the supervision unit. The chief supervising engineer should organize the project leader, technical and quality leaders of the construction unit to conduct inspection and confirmation.

4. After the completion of the unit project, the construction unit should organize relevant personnel to conduct inspections, self check and report to the supervision unit after passing the inspection, and submit the completion report of the unit project to the construction unit.

5. When a subcontractor is involved in the construction of a unit project, the subcontractor shall inspect the contracted project according to the procedures specified in this standard, and the general contractor shall send personnel to participate. After the completion of the subcontracted project, the relevant information of the project should be submitted to the general contractor.

6. After receiving the completion report of the unit project, the construction unit should promptly organize the construction unit, design unit, and supervision unit to conduct pre acceptance of the unit project.

7. After the pre acceptance of unit engineering quality is qualified, the construction unit shall submit the relevant documents of engineering quality inspection to the water transportation engineering quality supervision department for quality appraisal within the prescribed time.

8. After the completion of all construction projects or individual projects, the construction unit shall fill out the construction project or individual project quality inspection summary form before applying for completion acceptance, and submit it to the quality supervision department for quality verification.
