<p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: "microsoft yahei", Arial;">建筑总面积为59.2㎡，其中室内空间面积为24.2㎡，入户阳台面积为4.5㎡，观景阳台面积为6.3㎡，层高为2.6㎡。建筑采用的是轻钢结构，从而降低重量，便于运输与装卸。由于是装配式建筑，在建筑整体的造型上，采用的是趋于规整的对称体块，既保证了空间利用率也可以提升居住空间的舒适感。整体设计风格主要以时尚简约风格为主，考虑到是水上建筑，因此在材料的选择上，运用的是木材，木元素与水元素两种自然元素结合，更加贴近自然。建筑的两侧用玻璃幕墙代替了传统的墙体，玻璃的运用可以最大限度的采光，室内空间通透明亮，在视觉上可以给人一种宽敞的感觉。在玻璃幕墙的外围，采用木制栏杆围绕着，这样的设计第一可以保留一定的私密性，第二可以美化玻璃幕墙，既保证了建筑私密性，又保留了建筑需要的通透性。</span></span></p>
