[Job Responsibilities] Design Supervisor
1. Cooperate with the project leader in the preliminary planning and design work, and provide structural professional opinions;
2. Cooperate with the project leader to prepare the project design plan and strictly organize and promote the completion of structural design work according to the node requirements;
3. Process management of project related scheme design, preliminary design (expansion), and construction drawing design;
4. Assist superiors in managing limit standards for relevant designs, organize comparative scheme reviews for relevant topics, optimize cost management, control and review design changes;
5. Assist superiors in completing the company's project design, research and development sedimentation work;
6. Coordinate and cooperate with upstream and downstream departments, seek resource cooperation and provide technical support;
7. Assist superiors in organizing project bidding commissions, signing design contracts, and organizing performance evaluations of design units;
8. Assist the project leader in completing the post evaluation of project structure design;
9. Research and apply new structural technologies.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, civil engineering or related majors; Intermediate professional titles are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of work experience in domestic design institutes preferred;
3. Good design management skills and service awareness;
4. Familiar with the professional knowledge and skills of design management in real estate companies, with good cost control ability and on-site engineering problem handling experience;
5. Solid knowledge and professional competence in structural engineering;
6. Proficient in professional design software such as Office, CAD, PKPM, etc.
