3. Have their own construction team, at least 2 construction teams, and construction personnel with certain professional qualities and technical strength, able to understand drawings and operate according to requirements, and handle unexpected problems on site.
4. Have more than 2 years of experience in contracting engineering, understand industry standards and materials and labor related to construction, be able to calculate project costs of 300000 yuan or less, and be able to independently arrange construction.
5. Familiar with the construction process, engaged in any profession such as water, electricity, woodworking, welding, or on-site assembly for at least 5 years or project contracting experience for at least 3 years.
6. Age between 28-45, no bad habits.
7. Have certain construction management experience and coordination ability, control construction safety operations, construction quality, and construction period。
