        In 2030, the construction of yacht docks in Dongying, Jinshawan, Simapo Island, Convention and Exhibition Center, Nandu Jiangdongwu Village, and Ruyi Island will be launched, and the construction of other yacht docks will be completed, so that Haikou City can form a long-term development scale of 16 yacht docks and 3500 berths by 2030.

        The focus of recent construction is to start the preliminary work of building the Xiuying Port Yacht Terminal, Haidian Creek Yacht Terminal, Xinbu Island Phase II, Meiyuan Phase II Yacht Terminal, and Donghe Yacht Terminal based on existing and under construction yacht docks before 2015, laying a solid foundation for the construction of public yacht docks and water sightseeing routes. At the same time, the construction of public boat docks such as Donghe, Haidian Creek, Simapo Island, and Xinbu Island will be launched to cultivate and lead the water tourism and sightseeing consumption market. In addition, in response to the need for Xiuying Port to have the function of receiving foreign yacht visits, the construction of maritime, customs, inspection and quarantine, and border inspection office areas will be launched at the same time as the dock construction, so that Xiuying Port can form a comprehensive public yacht dock with significant influence in the region as soon as possible.
